Managing Learning passionately believes in the value that strategic learning brings to organisations. Managing Learning has started "The Campaign for Strategic Learning". Over the last few months we have been researching case studies of real organisations that have aligned their corporate development activities to strategy. Interim findings can be found on our resources page. Full findings will be published shortly. We have also gathered tools and resources on strategic learning, return on investment, human capital and strategic managment to help organisations get more from their L&D teams.You can find these on the Resources page of this website. We are considering launching the UK's first Strategic Learning awards, to showcase best practice in strategic learning & , human capital initiatives, giving national recognition to organisations who have put learning and development at the heart of the organisation and achieved outstanding people management and bottom line results.
