Managing learning runs a range of workshops, seminars and development events aimed at helping organisations gain a competitive advantage by developing their own unique approach to strategic learning. Many events are supported by 1:1 mentoring in the workplace to ensure learning is transfered to the workplace and maximum value is obtained from the learning events.

 Open Seminars and Workshops

• Strategic Learning for Directors

A one day seminar for Directors and Senior Managers, providing a sound grounding in strategic learning coupled with best practice, research and guidance on implementation. Optional 1:1 mentoring is offered to support transfer of learning to the workplace.

•  Strategic Learning for L&D Managers

A two day workshop covering both theory and application of strategic learning within the workplace, with a strong emphasis towards practical application.  Time will be allowed for participants to start developing an implementation plan.  Two 1:1 mentoring sessions are included in the workshop to support practitioners as they start to implement strategic learning in the workplace.
